Summary

SummaryI was living in Mosul, northern Iraq, when ISIS overran our town. They beat me, ran me over, and stole everything I had. My husband was kidnapped and a ransom was demanded. We fled, moving from place to place, until I reached Jordan, barely surviving hunger and fear. In the midst of my hopelessness, I felt Jesus’s touch in a church service—He gave me strength to endure. Now, even as uncertainty remains, I cling to His faithfulness and stand alongside other believers, providing food, shelter, and a Bible to fellow refugees 🕊️💔🙏.

In northern Iraq, militant Muslims (ISIS) spray-painted the Arabic letter ن, or “N,” on the homes and businesses of Christians. The property owners were publicly identified as Christ-followers and given a choice to convert to Islam, leave or die. The courageous believers refused to deny their faith, and more than 100,000 fled with little more than the clothes on their backs. Today you can stand with them by making the following commitment: “I will not let them suffer in silence. I will not let them serve alone.”
The perseverance demonstrated by the persecuted Christians you meet in this video will challenge you in your own commitment to Christ.
