SummaryI accepted Jesus at six, but growing up in a stepfamily in Louisiana, I faced verbal and physical abuse, confusion about God’s love, and even suicidal thoughts. I chased purpose in drugs, alcohol, and relationships, but empty habits only deepened my despair. During a conversation with my college minister, God reminded me of the Greatest Commandmentsβ€”loving Him fullyβ€”and led me to Psalm 37:4. As I delighted in Him, He revealed my true identity and gave me the desires of my heart. Today, I’m an artist living in joy and purpose, knowing that no one understands me better than Jesus! πŸ˜ŠπŸŽ¨πŸ™

It’s one thing to say you’re a Christian but completely different to actually follow and live in relationship with Jesus. When this distinction was made and understood, everything changed for Aaron. This testimony addresses addiction, family brokenness, lack of purpose and significance, loneliness, suicide attempts and identity issues in general. A true relationship with Jesus has brought healing, purpose, significance and joy.
