One night at that club, I felt an unbearable tightness in my chest, like God Himself said, ‘Enough.’ I ran home and surrendered everything to Jesus, and that spirit of grief lifted. Fast-forward to 2018, my daughter lay dying, whispering she’d ‘go be with Jesus.’ Though my heart broke, God reminded me of His promise of peace beyond understanding, and I chose mourning over spiraling into grief. In 30 days, my family emerged with peace and joy, celebrating my daughter’s life. That is how Jesus truly delivers and heals.
