I spent my youth immersed in the legendary spirit of Woodstock, embracing the hippie movement with wild abandonβdrugs, rebellious freedom, and all the excesses that came with it. Growing up without a father and under a strict, demanding mother, I rebelled early, diving headfirst into a life of sex, substance abuse, and constant search for acceptance. I even risked my life by overdosing on my mother’s valium and fleeing to communes, all in the name of freedom. But the chaos left me empty and searching for something real. Then, through the encouragement of new friends who were Christians, I encountered a message that shattered the illusions of my former life. I received Christβs love and forgiveness, which transformed me from a lost rebel into a person who now cherishes peace, love, and true freedom.
