Summary

Jay shares his journey of moving to Raleigh after graduating college to work for WRAL TV. Initially, he and his wifeβ€”both small-town Midwesternersβ€”had never experienced life in a big city or the warmth of a genuine church community. Although he wasn’t a Christ follower at the time, his first visit to Hope Community Church left a profound impact on him. The inviting and intimate atmosphere of the church transformed his life. Over time, Jay not only found a Savior in Jesus but also discovered a church that loved, encouraged, and served him. Now, he actively volunteers to help extend that same welcoming environment to others.
