Summary“I am the village head in Bauchi, and our children used to walk miles to fetch water from murky streams and dried wells. One day, Open Doors installed a borehole right in our neighborhood—crystal clear water sprang forth like an answered prayer! My son fell ill from water-borne disease, and our pastor prayed over him. By God’s grace, he recovered 🙌. Now, every morning our children laugh as they draw safe drinking water, and my heart overflows with joy and gratitude! 💧🙏”

The majority Christian community of Bauchi in northeastern Nigeria is often left on the sidelines when it comes to distribution of essential services – such as clean water.

Thanks to your support, Open Doors was able to provide the community with a borehole – a faucet mechanism for everyone to access safe drinking water!
