I felt unending love and infinite knowledge, yet I wasnโ€™t ready for paradise. Suddenly I woke strapped to a hospital gurney, surrounded by family and praying friends. That brush with death shattered meโ€”my addiction, my shame, my identity crisis. Out of gratitude I sought Jesus: worship in churches, intercessory prayer, and I discovered I had been given a second chance.
