I am Majed El Shafie. Born into a Muslim family in Egypt, I witnessed the harsh persecution of Christians and felt compelled to seek the truth. When my friend gave me the Holy Bibleβ€”especially the message in John 8β€”I found Jesus Christ and experienced a life-changing conversion. Despite being arrested, tortured, and even sentenced to death, I risked everything to build underground churches and spread the gospel. Through Jesus, I found hope, freedom, and the strength to defend our holy land. I testify that it is only through His grace that I have been restored and saved.
