Before long, I found myself bound by its spiritual strongholds, dabbling in chakras, crystals, and divination, all while struggling with deep personal turmoil, including an unplanned pregnancy I aborted out of fear and shame. Over time, I realized yoga was far more than fitness: it was rooted in worship of false gods and invited demonic oppression into my life. My life began to unravel—facing heartbreak, destructive relationships, and overwhelming guilt. Then God intervened. He drew me back from the brink, convicting me that yoga is truly a yoke of darkness. Through repentance, honest confession, and an unwavering return to Jesus Christ, I found genuine freedom, forgiveness for my abortion, and total deliverance from every false spirit. Today, I share my story so others can avoid the trap of mixing New Age practices with Christian faith. Jesus healed me of my shame, restored hope in my life, and showed me that only His yoke is easy and light. I stand here testifying that there is no greater truth or peace than what is found in the arms of Jesus Christ alone.
