Summary“I grew up knowing God more as a taskmaster than a Father, until one Sunday in an Evangelical church where I saw genuine joy on people’s faces 😊. That night in ’77, I met Jesus and truly got saved. A year later I met Peggy, and from our first date to marriage in just eight months, God was clearly at work. Later, when Peggy was diagnosed with Parkinson’s, I left my position in Orlando and moved us to Houston so our family could be close. Caring for her—fixing supper, sharing laughter, reading Scripture together—has filled me with a supernatural joy I can’t explain except as God’s gift 🙏. Now in my 73rd year, I cling to His Word as my source of strength, wisdom, and unshakable joy.”
