Summary

SummaryMagdalene and I survived a brutal attack by militant herdsmen in Nigeria’s Middle Belt during Christmas 2023 😒. They shot at us, dragged us out, and struck loved ones with machetes. Over twenty were killed and many injured, including my wife and our baby. God sustained me as I witnessed horrifying lossesβ€”my brother’s family, the babies, even mothers burned by the fire. Yet, through Open Doors’ trauma-care workshops, I’ve found Biblical teaching, compassionate care, and the power to forgive πŸ™β€οΈ. Today, I greet even my attackers, because Jesus healed my heart and brought peace where there was only pain.
