SummaryI grew up in a good family and went to church, but I never really knew who Jesus was. When my wife Mary told me sheโ€™d become a Christian, I thought it was just a phaseโ€”I believed you had to check your brain at the door to follow Jesus. Over nine months of attending Hope Community Churchโ€™s Starting Point class, God revealed Himself to me. At 35, I finally received Christ as my Lord and Savior. A few weeks later I had the honor of baptizing Mary and saw her familyโ€™s hearts begin to heal. Now, I feel called to reach out to seekers just like we once were. ๐Ÿ™โœจ
