I was born into Islam in an Arab homeβ€”my mother from Lebanon loved Christ but was never invited to follow Him, and my devout Muslim father forbade it πŸ™. Neighbors shared the gospel and welcomed me to Sunday school where I memorized verses and worshiped with joy. A conference teaching Christ’s sacrifice β€” β€œGod loves you the way you are” β€” pierced my heart ❀️. Though leaving Islam meant losing culture and family trust, God pursued me relentlessly. I accepted Christ that night, and years later our bond with my father is stronger than ever.
