I was born into Islam in an Arab home—my mother from Lebanon loved Christ but was never invited to follow Him, and my devout Muslim father forbade it 🙏. Neighbors shared the gospel and welcomed me to Sunday school where I memorized verses and worshiped with joy. A conference teaching Christ’s sacrifice — “God loves you the way you are” — pierced my heart ❤️. Though leaving Islam meant losing culture and family trust, God pursued me relentlessly. I accepted Christ that night, and years later our bond with my father is stronger than ever.
