Summary

My name is Lachlan and I want to share my testimony about receiving the gift of the Holy Spirit. I’ve been a member of the Pentecostals of Sydney for about three years, and although I was always exposed to Christianity, I had never experienced the apostolic doctrine until recently. After attending a Bible study and new life courses, I made the decision to be baptized in Jesus’ name as an adult. In that moment, filled with repentance and prayer, I experienced a profound outpouring of the Holy Spiritβ€”marked by speaking in tongues and a deep, overwhelming joy. I share my story to encourage others who have yet to experience this gift, urging them to be patient and to pursue God wholeheartedly.
