Hi, I’m Kit from Norway. I grew up in a Christian family but faced relentless rejection and isolation from a very young age. Throughout my childhood, I battled selective mutism, was possibly on the autism spectrum, and dealt with Tourettes and ADHD. I was bullied, felt unloved, and struggled with deep depressionβ€”with my very first suicidal thought coming when I was only nine. Despite being surrounded by a faith background, the darkness within took hold through episodes of substance abuse and self-harm. However, amidst overwhelming pain and isolation, a supernatural encounter with Jesus transformed my life. In that divine moment, I experienced His healing power that washed away years of sorrow and set me free from the chains of darkness. Today, I live a new life in Christβ€”a life marked by hope, restoration, and a deep assurance that no wound is too deep for God’s love. I share my story so you, too, may find encouragement to step out of the darkness and into the freedom that only Jesus can provide.
