Summary
Summaryππ½ When I lived in Myanmar, I supported ethnic Christiansβbringing them rice, oil, Bibles, and hymn booksβeven while knowing it could cost me my freedom or life. After the 2021 coup, things became dangerous. The military flagged my identity, shut down my banking, and began tracking me. My health deteriorated from fearβI couldnβt sleep, always listening for cars that might come to arrest me. Eventually, Open Doors partners helped me flee to a neighboring country. Iβm not completely safe, but I continue to trust God. My dream is to one day return and resume my ministry. Please pray for me and all believers suffering in Myanmar. May Godβs hand be upon us βοΈπ²π²π
Since the military coup in 2021, digital monitoring in Myanmar has increased. Ko Aung* had to flee the country because of his work with ethnic-minority Christians β but heβs still not safe.
