I thought my life would end, but the moment the knife touched my neck, I began praying Psalm 23: “The Lord is my shepherd… I shall not want.” Miraculously, I felt no pain—only a strange dizziness—and I lost consciousness. When I woke, I found myself among other captives, taken across borders into hardship, hunger, and trauma. Yet in the darkness, we refused to deny Christ. 🕊️ Today, I kneel in my room each morning, singing: “By His grace, I am alive, that’s why I’m singing, Jehovah saved my life!” 🎶 Open Doors Canada cared for us, showing God’s love in our suffering. Through prayer, faith, and His unending mercy, I stand here a living witness that our Savior truly delivers and restores. ❤️
