SummaryβI grew up feeling scared and alone π’. At seven, my biological father betrayed me, and from eight to fourteen, my uncle did the same. I acted out, fought for survival, and eventually ended up homeless and addicted to painkillers and harder drugs. In jail, I cried out to God for the first time π. Within months, I met my husband, got sober, and was baptized in the Jordan River in Michigan.
