As a teen I drifted away—experimenting with tarot, Ouija boards, and diving into broken relationships and three difficult marriages. Life’s hurts drove me deeper into the world until my Aunt Barbara, full of Christ’s love, gently introduced me to the Alpha Course. Through watching those videos late into the night, the Holy Spirit became real to me—no longer head knowledge, but a living presence. Even Jehovah’s Witness visits couldn’t stop the Spirit’s work as I studied Scripture to share with them. God then guided me to the Gospel Mission church in Halifax, where I saw the same love and care my aunt once showed. In my bedroom reading about Abraham’s sacrifice, God challenged me to trust Him with my children. When I obeyed, He proved faithful—providing food, finances, and protection year after year. Today I stand as a single parent redeemed, glorifying Jesus and walking in the fullness of His love and provision. 🙏❤️🔥
