By 17 I was dealing drugs in Bradford and Blackpool, sinking into depression and self-harm, even attempting suicide. One night, a friend invited me to a gospel concert in Halifax; overwhelmed by grief, I cried out to God and put my faith in Jesus. In that moment, God delivered me from addiction, depression, and despair. He provided me a home and a job, and for five years sent me out every Saturday on the streets of Bradford to share His life-changing power. πβ¨
